Roasted Cabbage Steaks with Bacon
serves 4

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, garlic and marjoram. Baste both sides of each cabbage steak, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Roast for 15 minutes at 450, turn and roast an additional 10-15 minutes or until done.
  3. Plate, garnish with bacon, blue cheese, and scallion, and serve.
